Preparation and integration therapy for psychedelics

Trauma-informed, attachment-centered support for people exploring expanded states of consciousness.

**This is not about the substance. This is about the healing your system is reaching for.**

Psychedelic experiences—whether through ketamine-assisted work, legal retreats, or naturally occurring expanded states—can open doors that the mind has protected for years.

But without support, those insights can feel overwhelming, confusing, or hard to apply in daily life.

Preparation and integration therapy offers a grounded, trauma-informed space to:

  • Explore your intentions

  • Understand your nervous system’s capacity

  • Work with insights and emotions that arise

  • Integrate the meaning, clarity, or activation that follows

  • Make sense of what your mind, body, or inner parts revealed

  • This work honors safety, embodiment, and depth—so your experience becomes a catalyst for healing, not another overwhelming event

What Preparation & Integration Therapy Is:

Before an experience (Preparation)

  • Clarify intentions and align with your values

  • Understand your emotional + nervous system patterns

  • Explore your internal parts (IFS-informed)

  • Build somatic grounding skills

  • Identify subconscious blocks or fears

  • Create a safe, trauma-informed internal “container”

After an experience (Integration)

  • Process emotional content, memories, or insights

  • Work with any activation, confusion, or overwhelm

  • Make sense of symbolic or somatic experiences

  • Anchor new awareness into daily life

  • Work through attachment themes that surfaced

  • Support the nervous system in re-regulating

  • Turn insight into sustainable transformation

This is not substance-assisted therapy.

This is trauma-informed support for people who are already engaging in legal psychedelic work or are returning from retreats.

What to expect in our work together

  • Psychedelic experiences open the system quickly.

Your body, memory, and attachment patterns may surface in ways that feel:

    • raw

    • emotional

    • disorienting

    • expansive

    • confusing

    • powerful

    • destabilizing

    • liberating

    Without support, people often:

    • suppress the insights

    • struggle with re-entry

    • feel activated or dysregulated

    • dismiss the meaning

    • get stuck in old patterns

    • feel “opened” without direction

Integration therapy ensures you don’t lose what was revealed—

and that your system has the safety it needs to hold it.

  • Somatic. Trauma-informed. Attachment-focused. Depth-oriented.

Your integration space is grounded in:

    Somatic Therapy & Polyvagal Work

We track what your body is saying—not just the story.

    Trauma-Informed Care

We work at the pace your nervous system can tolerate.

    Parts Work

We explore the parts of you that surfaced, softened, or released during your experience.

    Attachment Repair

Expanded states often reveal relational wounds—

    we work gently with those.

    Meaning-Making + Embodiment

Insight without integration doesn’t create change.

We help the insight land in the body.

    Shadow + Pattern Work

We explore what is trying to be seen so it can transform.

    Your lived experience is honored.

    No pathologizing.

    No judgment.

    No spiritual bypassing.

    Just grounded, real, human support.
